Creamy Mashed Potatoes
Ingredients
4 large potatoes, peeled and cubed
1/4 cup butter
1/2 cup heavy cream
Salt to taste
Approximately 4 Servings
Serving Size: 1/2 Cup
10 minutes (peeling and cubing the potatoes)
15 minutes (boiling the potatoes and mashing them with butter and cream)
25 minutes total
Directions
Boil the potatoes in salted water until tender, about 15 minutes.
Drain the potatoes and return them to the pot.
Add butter and heavy cream, then mash until smooth and creamy. Continue adding heavy cream until the desired consistency is achieved.
Season with salt to taste and serve warm.
