Peanut Butter Banana Oat Smoothie
Ingredients
1 ripe banana
2 tbsp peanut butter
1/2 cup rolled oats
1 cup whole milk (or soy milk for more protein)
1 scoop vanilla protein powder (optional for extra boost)
1/2 tsp cinnamon
1 tbsp honey or maple syrup (optional)
1/2 cup plain Greek yogurt
4–6 ice cubes
Approximately 1 very hearty serving or 2 smaller ones
Serving Size: 8 - 10 ounces

10 minutes total
Directions
Add all ingredients to a blender.
Blend on high until completely smooth. Add more milk to thin as needed.
Strain through a fine mesh sieve or nut milk bag if any oat texture remains.
